July 29 - Off Cycle Release Notes
- A new field has been introduced as part of Move out & Pre-move out Inspections Report to reflect Tenant’s forwarding address. This will ensure streamlined process for forwarding documents and improved communication
- For Yardi synced PMCs, for some leases, the CRM was showing an error message like IllegalArgumentException: :warning: Format Error, when running the function, Update from Yardi. The error prevented the lease from updating. The issue has been resolved and now users can run the function without any errors, and the lease updates correctly.
- The Date and Time when the inspection was submitted will be the same as the Date and Time that appears on the Inspection report. The signature is now also be present in the CRM and downloaded Inspection Report.
- Outstanding lease credits are negative values in the system, and are correctly shown as negative values in the move out inspections. Prior the fix they were incorrectly shown as positive.

Highlight Feature - Users are now able to create Recurring Expenses. A recurring expense will create one or many Expenses based on a selected interval. The generated expenses function just like a regular Expense. The new feature is accessible from the Expenses tab. |
