Improvements
We’ve introduced a new flag in the Unit Inspection Policy for Repairs and Maintenance, empowering PMCs to control automatic updates of inspection dates. With automatic updates enabled, the system seamlessly adjusts inspection dates in response to lease changes, while disabled updates ensure inspections remain unchanged when lease move-out dates are modified or leases are canceled. This enhances flexibility and efficiency in managing property inspections.
PV Accounting (FIN)
Highlight Feature - When creating a new Money In batch or a new Purchase Requisition, the CRM now allows users to select from suspended buildings through a new checkbox, which only shows suspended buildings on the buildings picklist. The benefit of this checkbox is that the CRM no longer shows both suspended and active buildings in the same list, so users cant mistakenly select a suspended building. |
New Features
- The CRM now allows the control of Outbound Refunds through a new enhancement to the Outbound Transfers policy. Enabling Outbound Refunds on the policy, will allow users to send outbound refunds to tenants. The benefit of this enhancement is to give more control on which buildings can provide for outbound refunds.
Improvements
- We are introducing a fix to show accurate data on the Lease Arrears report for Yardi enabled PMCs.
- We resolved an issue with Purchase Requisitions. On a requisition line item, if the Internal checkbox was selected, users could not select a GL account. After the fix, users can now select a GL account so a work order can be created when the requisition is approved.
