Highlight Feature


- The Report Filters have been updated to ensure it remains available up to 24 hours. This feature is currently available for all reports and is unique per user. This is also available on any device as long as you use your own credentials to sign in.


Improvements

- We have fixed the issue where users are unable to change the building hours. Updates to the Day Off, From, and To hours of a building are now processed and saved properly.

 

 

- The Guest Card push from LeadManaging (LM) to Property Vista CRM (PV CRM) flow has been improved. This update increases successful sync rate from LM to PV.

 

Note: The sync status can be monitored via the Push to 3rd Party Sync Log (Sync/Activity Log > Sync Logs)

 

 

- The Building filter of the Call Scoring Report has been fixed. The results that appear on the report will now show the selected buildings instead of all buildings. All other filters selected will also be followed.

 

- We have fixed the issue where some SMS tracking numbers are not properly sending SMSs and are not processed in LM. Moving forward, SMS events (both inbound and outbound) are sent to the recipients (prospects and agents) and tracked in LM properly.

 

- Rules has been added to the reschedule booking link feature. When prospects attempt to reschedule their appointment, the schedules that are available are based on the following conditions and building configurations (found in Settings > Configurations > Adjust Configuration):

 

  1. The Agent’s Availability
  2. The Building’s Availability
  3. The Building’s Restriction (in days) - Meaning prospects can only reschedule up to a specific number of days into the future.
  4. The Building’s lead up time

 

Note that prospects and agents can only reschedule as long the appointment has not yet been closed by the agent or a Manager/Admin user.




 

- We created and ran a script in the March Release to ensure that the improved Yardi <> LM unit and building mapping is also applied to leads sent to LM before the February 2024 Major release. This corrects the older data as the prior fix corrects future leads.

 

- The building notes date and time stamp has been improved and now shows accurate date and time stamps of leads. Previously, it was found that some processed appointment leads were showing an inaccurate date - this inconsistency has been fixed in this release.
