Lead Managing (LM)
Highlight Feature -Clients who are subscribed to the LeadManaging & Chatbot package now have the option to manage their Chatbot’s pricing and unit available date directly from their LM site. To start accessing this feature, please reach out to Customer Support for the initial setup.
Updates to the Building and Unit’s Price and Available Date fields in LM, will appear in the Chatbot’s responses.
Customer Benefit: This lessens the turnaround time for pricing and available date updates in the Chatbot as users can make the updates themselves. Customers will no longer have to send a support ticket and wait for the changes to be applied on their behalf. |
New Features
- We’re pleased to announce that we have added an Inbound (In) and Outbound (Out) filter in the To Do’s tab. The In and Out filter is now available in the To Do’s To Do and To Do’s Has Been Processed sections as well as the To Do’s - To Do Export and To Do’s - Has Been Processed Export.
Customer Benefit: This feature will help users sort between the leads they created vs the leads that came in during a specific day, building, etc.
Improvements
- The Dashboard’s Site Performance, Charts, Building Notes and Export Report now accurately show lead count. This applies to both filtered and unfiltered search results (if you’re searching by Building, Province, etc.). We’ve also removed the duplicate event IDs that appear in the Building Notes and Export Report.
- We have fixed the issue where the Dashboard’s Building Notes' section was not properly sorting by Date and Time. Previously, the data shown would always sort by LeadID (booking vs. inquiry leads) first. The sorted columns will now show the correct date and time (ascending or descending order) regardless of lead type ID.
- Users will no longer experience duplicate events when moving their leads to the Contact Stage: Application. Users may now freely update their leads via Quick Event updates or the Guest Card’s Contact Stage dropdown.
