Highlight Feature: - We are pleased to announce the implementation of a new feature that streamlines the service batch creation process through automation. With this enhancement, the system will automatically generate service batches when a notice of rent increase is issued for a list of leases. In addition, a new alert “Notice of Rent Increase - Service Batch Created” can be assigned to specific CRM users who will get a notification when a service batch has been created. This update aims to enhance the workflow by automating the creation of service batches, reducing manual efforts, and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of notices for improved operational efficiency. |
New Features
- A new Email Template named "Notice of Rent Increase" has been added to the "Lease Renewal/Notice” category. You have the flexibility to tailor the content of the "Notice of Rent Increase" email template according to your preferences.
By default, the template is disabled, allowing you to decide whether to enable it for your properties. When enabled, the system will automatically send "Notice of Rent Increase" email to tenants when a rent increase notice document is served.
Improvements
- We've enhanced user experience by organizing Administration menu items alphabetically. This improvement streamlines navigation, making it easier for you to locate and access Administration items and its sub-items efficiently.
- The "Created by" column in the Lease Application lister now accurately reflects the name of the user responsible for converting the lead to a lease application.
- The Registered in Portal column is now available in the Tenant Security report when the “Export by Tenant” option is selected.
- We have fixed an issue where the Unit Availability Summary on the Dashboard does not match the Total Summary of the Availability report.

Highlight Feature - Users who have their Property Vista integrated with Yardi, will now be able to make use of a new Yardi Sync Modes policy. The policy will allow users to incrementally integrate properties with Yardi as they choose to, instead of all at once, as per current settings. Users will also be able to select which transactions they want to sync with Yardi from Expenses, Expense Payments and Purchase Orders. |
New Features
- This feature allows PMCs integrated with Yardi Voyager to now also sync Expense Payments, in addition to the existing Expenses and Purchase Orders.
- PMCs which have enabled the Outbound Payments feature, are now able to cancel payments in Transferred transfer status for those payments of type Cheque and Virtual Credit Card.
- Yardi Voyager is now able to receive from Vista the unit numbers and correctly calculate values on Purchase Orders.
- For those PMCs integrated with Yardi Voyager, when a change is made to a Purchase Order in Vista, this change is now being synced with Voyager through a Change Order.
Improvements
- Syncing Yardi Voyager arrears with Vista arrears was leading to calculation mistakes, since Voyager does not send Vista all required information. Vista no longer shows the arrears section for Voyager integrated leases to avoid confusion.
- We have fixed an issue where the system throws an error when removing a building from a Management Fee policy. Users will no longer get an error and will be able to save the changes when updating the Management Fee Policy.
- System now correctly generates recurring POs, based on an active Recurring Requisition schedule
