When a message a sent, who is it sent from? The Company? The CEO? You have the ability to customize the Broadcast Originator. In fact, you can add several broadcast originators names.
In order to customize go to: Administration → Settings → Communication → Broadcast Originator
When selecting the name you can Edit by clicking on the Pencil logo:
Click Save.
You can also add new names by clicking on + New System Communicator
