Deactivating Users

As Property Management teams change over time, LeadManaging Users will at some point have to deactivate LeadManaging accounts.

To do so, Select the Users Panel on the Settings Page:

Now that you can see all your Users, you'll need to select the User you plan on Deactivating. Doing so will illuminate the mceclip2.png button, which you'll need to click.

mceclip0.png Once clicked there will be a prompt to confirm, where Users can click mceclip5.png to finalize the Process

If this is ever done in error, Users can be reactivated by clicking the mceclip6.png hyperlink shown below
