As Property Management teams change over time, LeadManaging Users will at some point have to deactivate LeadManaging accounts.
To do so, Select the Users Panel on the Settings Page:
Now that you can see all your Users, you'll need to select the User you plan on Deactivating. Doing so will illuminate the button, which you'll need to click.
Once clicked there will be a prompt to confirm, where Users can click to finalize the Process
If this is ever done in error, Users can be reactivated by clicking the hyperlink shown below
