Information on your Lease Arrears is collected in 2 places.
A Lease Arrears Report will provide you a list of each lease and amounts owing
1. Navigate to Reports -> Lease Arrears
2. Click on "New Lease Arrears Report"
The following filter options are available:
| As of Date | Selects the "cutoff" date for the report |
| Owners | Filter for specific Owners |
| Portfolios | Filter for specific Complexes |
| Buildings | Filter for specific Buildings |
| AR Codes | Filter for specific AR Codes-only |
| Legal Status | Filter for leases in specific legal case statuses |
| Active Leases Only | Filter for Active Leases Only |
A Lease Arrears Summary provides the same information but instead outputs the list based on AR codes
