Do you want to put special focus on a Specific Floorplan? If so, go ahead and configure the Floorplans as well:
GO TO: PROPERTIES --> BUILDINGS --> SELECT THE PROPERTY --> FLOORPLANS -->SELECT THE FLOORPLAN IN QUESTION
Select EDIT and complete the Marketing Information on here as well. You can add specific Floorplan Summaries as well as create Marketing Priority based on a Flooplan. For example, if you have a specific floorplan you want to market aggressively if it becomes available, change the Priority to HIGH.
