Automated Payment Communications & Notifications

Property Vista has default communications and notifications, that may be set to notify tenants and staff regarding certain payment processes. 

Automatic tenant communication templates may be edited and found under -- Policies -> Templates -> Email Templates. Existing automatic tenant templates include:

One Time Payment Submitted
Confirming the payment has been Submitted
Payment Receipt
Confirming the payment has been Processed
Payment Returned
Confirming the payment has not been processed
Payment Failed
Confirming the payment did not process - Please try again
Direct Debit To Inactive Account
Confirming there was an error processing the recent payment

 

Automatic employee notifications may be configured under -- Organization -> Employees -> Alerts. Existing automatic employee notifications include:

Application Payment Not Cleared
Electronic Payment Rejected
Auto Pay Review Required
Auto Pay Cancelled By Tenant
Auto Pay Created By Tenant
