Upon the completion of Maintenance Requests you may automatically send a survey email to tenants through our OneLocal integration.

Initiate your OneLocal -> Property Vista connection through Properties -> Buildings -> Survey. Proceed by entering the 'API Key' and 'Survey ID' in the fields, retrievable via your OneLocal dashboard.



Via OneLocal, the 'API Key' may be found under Settings -> Integrations -> API Keys



Via OneLocal, the 24 character 'Survey ID' may be found in the URL of LocalReviews -> Summary page
