Notifications can be used to have certain Alert Messages (like a pop-up) show up. You can use it in the Tenant Portal or even the Prospect Portal.
Similar to Email, SMS or IVR messages, the alerts can be configured with filters and rules as well as an end-date.
Please follow the steps to create a Notification:
Step 1: Go to Message Center → Broadcast Templates→ Custom→ + New Broadcast Template
Step 2: Define your Name, Audience Type and Delivery Method. Select Ok.

Step 3: Fill in the different information. Select Save.
Category What category concerns this notification? |

Filter You can filter to select the right tenants concerned by the notification |

Subject Select the subject of the notification |

Text What is the body of your message |

From Who does the notification comes from? |

Days to Expire How many days before stopping the notification? |
Step 4: Select Versioning→ Finalize
Step 5: Select Actions→ Execute (or schedule if this is a future announcement)
Choose All Buildings OR select the Buildings you want to show this Announcement.
Select Estimate to find out how many buildings and recipients will receive this item.
Once you have clicked on Execute, a new window will pop up. Once it reaches 100%, click Acknowledge.
