You may have some specific questions you will want to ask on the application. It is within this policy where you would configure these questions.
Step 1: Navigate to Administration→ Policies → Application Leasing→ Legal Questions
Select +New Legal Questions or Organization
Step 2: Select the pencil to edit. There are three tabs that are displayed ( Any, tenants, Guarantors).

| ANY | Adding Questions into ANY will ask the same question to ALL parties (Tenants AND Guarantors) |
| TENANTS | Adding Questions in TENANTS will ask Questions specifically for Tenants |
| GUARANTORS | Adding Questions in GUARANTORS will ask Questions specifically for Guarantors. |
Step 3: Update the policy as required. Select Save.
Once completed this will drive the Question area in the application. Example as follows:
