Step 3: Update each line item of this policy as required.

Unit Availability Span In order to avoid a unit to be rented out too far in advance the UNIT AVAILABILITY SPAN sets the parameters of what units to show as Available. Example: If a Tenant is looking to rent an apartment in 180 days from today and there is a vacant unit available today. Are they allowed the rent that unit? The Unit Availability Span limits the exposure to days allowed to rent in advance.
Max Exact Match Units When a Tenant uses the search criteria (ie 2 bedroom, 2 bath) this will limit the Prospects to X number of units to be shown.
Max Partial Match Units When a Tenant uses the search criteria (ie 2 bedroom, 2 bath) and there are no units available do you want to show them alternatives? This will limit the Prospects to X number of units to be shown as Partial Matches.
Lease Term Ranges This sets what terms can be offered to tenants. Example, if you only offer 12 month leases, then you would set the range to 12. If you offer leases that are 3 months, 6 months, and 9 to 12 months then you would set the range as: 3, 6 , 9-12
