LeadManaging as the source of Pricing and Availability Data for Chatbot

As of LM App version: 2.8.45.2024.05.28

Description: This feature allows clients to manage their Chatbot’s pricing and unit availability data directly from their LM site.

Updates to the Unit’s Price and Available Date fields in LM, will appear in the Chatbot’s responses.

 

For the initial set up and when adding new units, please submit a support ticket.

That this feature is not available for Clients that use PV’s CRM to manage Pricing and Availability.

How to Update a Unit’s Availability and Availability Date

Navigate to:

  1. Log in to your LM account

  2. Go to the Settings

  3. On the Availability tile, click Start Managing

  4. Select Manage Unit Availability

 

Scenario 1: The unit is available right now.

  1. Look for the unit and switch the Available toggle to YES. Make sure that Disable is unchecked.

  2. Update the Price of the Unit as needed. This will appear as the “Starting at” price range.

  3. Click Save Changes.

This ensures Chatbot will include this unit in its responses and will provide an accurate starting price.

 

Scenario 2: The unit is occupied and will be available at a specific date.

  1. Look for the unit and switch the Available toggle to NO. Make sure that Disable is unchecked.

  2. Update the Price of the Unit as needed. This will appear as the “Starting at” price range.

  3. Add the date when the unit will have availability in the “Available Date” field.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Chatbot will start including this unit in its responses once the unit becomes available - which will be on the set date of the Available Date.

 

Scenario 3: The unit no longer available and should be off the market indefinitely.

  1. Look for the unit and switch the Available toggle to NO. Make sure that Disable is checked.

  2. Click Save Changes.

Chatbot will no longer mention this unit in its responses moving forward.
