The Daily Staff Nurturing Availability Report is a dynamic, building-specific summary that helps leasing staff stay informed about unit availability and occupancy status each day. This report is automatically generated from ILS feed data and is delivered through secure, login-free Magic Links sent via SMS.
Each report is tailored to the building(s) a staff member is assigned to and includes real-time insights such as:
- Vacant units currently available.
- On-notice units.
- Unit count breakdowns by occupancy status (Occupied, On-Notice, and Vacant).
These insights allow leasing staff to better prioritize follow-ups, manage their pipeline, and stay aligned with daily leasing goals without needing to log into a dashboard or pull manual reports.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
-
Q: How many Magic Links will an employee who is assigned to 2 buildings within the same time zone receive?
- This employee will receive 2 magic links. The reports are unique per building and so are the magic links.
-
Q: If an employee is assigned to multiple buildings, and not every building follows the same time zone. What will the employee’s experience look like?
- Assuming this employee is assigned to 4 buildings and each building follows its own time zone (example: ET, CT, MT, and PT), this employee will receive 4 different Magic Links in total and will receive them every hour starting 8 AM ET until 11 AM ET.
-
Q: Can the leasing staff request to opt out of these SMS with the Magic Links?
- Yes. Replying STOP to the SMS that contains the Magic Links will stop the user from receiving Daily Staff Nurturing Reports.
-
Q: If I previously opted out of Daily Staff Nurturing Reports, how can I opt in again?
- Employees who have opted out need to reply START to the thread that they opted out of.
-
Q: Is it possible to change the time at which employees receive these Daily Staff Nurturing Reports?
- No, this is not a configurable setting at this time.
-
Q: Is it possible to consolidate the reports of multiple buildings into a single report and one Magic Link?
- No, this is not a report feature at this time.
-
Q: How are the Vacant Days counted?
- The count for Vacant Days starts on the actual vacate date until yesterday’s date. The end date (today) is not included in the calculation for today’s report.
