A new feature for SMS notification has been added in LeadManaging for users with the appropriate guest card access—such as Employees—to promptly address hot leads requiring immediate attention for Vivian-enabled buildings.
To enable this feature for a leasing agent, you may follow the steps below:
- In LeadManaging, click on Settings
- Under Users, click Start Managing
- Select the leasing agent’s account you wish to update and click Edit User Info
- Check ‘Allow Hot Lead SMS Notification’ (make sure that a phone number is added for the leasing agent)
- Once information has been confirmed accurate and complete, click on Save Changes
Additional things to note:
- This SMS notification sent to agents, along with any thread replies, will not create an event in LeadManaging.
- These SMS notifications will be sent during building hours.
