Pushing LeadManaging Leads to Property Vista

The following article will demonstrate: How to push a lead from LeadManaging to Property Vista, for the purpose of beginning the application process with the prospect.

To successfully push a Lead to Property Vista, the following fields within LeadManaging should always be filled out:

  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Phone Number or Email Address
  4. Bedroom Type
  5. Move-In Date

Once the fields are filled out, you will then be able to push the Lead to Property Vista by processing an event under the Event History section of the guest card:

Within the “Quick Event Update” window, select “Application” in the “Contact Stage” field and “Applied” in the “Result”, and click save:

Upon saving you will be sent to the final step of the push which is to confirm which building/property the Lead is associated with.

Upon clicking confirm, the system will confirm that your guest card has been successfully sent to Property Vista.

In Property Vista, the guest card will appear as a Lead in the Marketing & Rentals -> Leads -> Leads lister.

Clicking on the Lead’s name will show the information about the lead as well as the associated comments from LeadManaging.

Proceed with connecting an agent to the lead, Details -> Agent.

You are now ready to convert the Lead to an Application, select Actions -> Convert to Application.

After the Lead is converted into an Application, the Application will be displayed in the Lease Applications lister for managing.
