Here is how you can disable adding guarantors.
Step 1: Navigate to Administration→ Policies→ Application/Leasing→ Restrictions
Select the level you would like this change to apply to, either the organization level or the province level.
Step 2: For each applicable province, select the Financial tab. Select the pencil to edit.
It has a checkbox called "Guarantors are Optional". What this actually means is "Guarantors are disabled". If the box is checked - adding guarantors will be disabled in all lease applications going forward. This feature will only work for new applications. Applications created before the policy change will still have guarantors enabled.
Step 3: select Guarantors are Optional menu, check this corresponding box. It will not require a guarantor in an application for this province going forward.
