Overview
This error occurs when attempting to approve an application in Property Vista and the required Yardi Marketing Source (ILS) configuration is missing for the property in Yardi.
Error Message:
Yardi Marketing Source 'ILS' is not configured for property 'linl6035'.
Recommended Setup Steps in Yardi
Navigate to Setup > Property > Review Property.
Search for and select the affected property code (e.g.,
linl6035).Under Functions, select Agents and add the value:
Property Vista-ILS
Under Functions, select Sources and add the value:
ILS
Save your changes.
Note: If you do not have administrative access to adjust property setup parameters in Yardi, or if the error persists after adding these values, please submit a support ticket to Yardi Support to have this configuration updated on your behalf.
Once Yardi Support confirms the setup is complete, re-open the application and attempt the approval process again.
