As per the terms outlined in our Master Subscription Agreement, call recordings saved within LeadManaging are retained only for a period of 30 days. After this period, all recordings are automatically deleted but the recording scripts will be maintaned for future reference.
This retention policy is in place to ensure compliance with the terms of the agreement and to manage data storage effectively.
