A Vanity URL is a descriptive and shortened URL intended to be pronounceable and memorable to improve brand awareness. We strongly recommend creating a Vanity URL for your Website (if hosted by PropertyVista) and your Resident Portal.
To set up a Vanity URL, click on Administration → Profile → Company Info.
Click on the Website DNS Name tab to create the custom name for your website/homepage.
Click on the Portal DNS Name tab to create the custom name for your Resident Portal.
