In our commitment to offer you reliable and secure services for managing prospects and their data through LeadManaging, we will be making important security updates from September 29, 2023, 11:00 PM EST to September 30, 2023, 5:00 AM EST. During this period, it is not advisable to use the LeadManaging platform.
Here’s what you can expect:

The Dashboard link will redirect you to changing your password.

The Dashboard link will require you to log in moving forward. However, if you selected “Stay Signed In” before logging in, you will not automatically be logged out of LeadManaging in your browser.
Here are the step-by-step instructions after our September 30 update:

Password Update: Starting September 30 and onwards, you'll need to update your password in order to access LeadManaging. When you access LeadManaging via your previous Dashboard link, it will guide you to the Change Password page and prompt you to update your password.
*Note: You can update your password anytime after September 30.

Easy Sign-in: After changing your password, your email address will be pre-populated on the Sign In screen before you enter your new password. It's the same email address linked to your previous Dashboard link and the same one used to access LeadManaging. Make sure to select “Stay Signed In” before logging in to stay logged in next time you access LeadManaging.
*Note: If you ever forget your email address or Dashboard link, don't worry. Reach out to your Property or Area Manager, or you can contact us through Zendesk.
