Lead Closing And Journey From Lead to Approved Lease

Here you will see how you can enter a lead information in the system based on your policies and the journey of a lead from start to an approved lease.

Step 1: From the main menu click on Marketing and rentals-->Leads-->Leads

Step 2: Click on New Lead

Step 3: Fill in the Guest information and then click on the Details tab next to it

Step 4: Fill in the required information and then click save

Step 5: Click on Appointments Tab and then new appointment

Step 6: Fill in the information and then click on Showings tab

Step 7: Click on "+"

Step 8: The building is already populated as selected from before and you can now select an appropriate unit and then click save

Step 9: Once saved you can come back to the main leads section and click on the lead that you just entered

Step 10: Click on the showings tab and then click on the planned showing

Step 11: Then click on Actions-->process

Step 12: You can click on the results dropdown and select "Interested" and then click Ok

Step 13: You can then once more come back to the main leads section and click on the lead

Step 14: You can now click on Actions and then choose to convert to application if you want

Step 15: You can then choose the unit and click Ok

Step 16: You will then receive a conversion successful message, click ok

Step 17: You can go to lease applications and see the new application that you just converted from the lead
