Lead Management

Here you will set up the policies that will determine how a lead will be managed and closed.

 

Step 1: While remaining in Admin mode, please click on Policies-->Marketing-->Lead Management

Step 2: Click on Showing Process Reasons tab

Step 3: These are the default reasons present at this time. You can click edit on top right and add new reasons at any time. Click save once done

Step 4: You can then click on Lead Close Reasons Tab and similarly add new reasons as necessary

Step 5: Lastly, you can move on to the Lead expiration tab and set when you want a lead to close automatically, after how many days, if left untouched
