Quite simply, Buildings either have Availability, or they don't. LeadManaging is properly equipped to handle both situations. Buildings with Units Available will be taking Appointments, where as Buildings with no Availability will want to take a Waitlist.
Building Availability in LeadManging is controlled in the Availability Panel of the Settings page
Once we select that Panel, we'll see all our Buildings listed below:
Buildings who have their Vacancy set to will direct Prospect to the Booking Form, shown below
Buildings with their Vacancy set to will direct Prospects to the Waitlist Registration, shown below:
